Batch Workflow allows administrators to use the Account Identifier to apply a single Workflow to multiple accounts at one time, rather than retrieving each account separately and applying the Workflow manually and repeatedly.
To Execute a Batch Workflow:
- Select a workflow from the Select Workflow drop-down. This drop-down contains all active workflows within the Framework.
 |
The workflow being used for the Batch Workflow should have all automated steps. If any manual step is in the workflow, the workflow runs and stops at that step, leaving the workflow active. |

- Enter each account identifier on a separate line (maximum row 400) and (max character 8000) in the Enter Account Identifiers text box.

- Click Execute. A success message appears indicating the batch workflow completed successfully. The affected accounts/cases’ workflow histories are reflected of the batch workflow running. Click Cancel prior to executing to clear the information on the screen without saving.
 |
If the account identifier is entered incorrectly or is not valid, an error message appears. Close the error message and enter the correct account identifier and run the process again. |
